I am a new customer. I am recently bought a vehicle at Andy Mohr Volkswagen ( Avon ) In spite of I have had some technical nuances with my new car, I have to say , that it was a great experience. Even though I have a Volkswagen dealership about 35 miles
Even though I have a Volkswagen dealership about 35 miles away, I choose to drive an hour and a half to Andy Mohr where I have consistently got exceptional customer service. I have been to the service department multiple times and have never been disappointed. From my initial contact with the service advisor until I drive away off the lot, they have been courteous, knowledgeable, understanding to my problems, and good listeners. As long as I am able to drive, I will always go to Andy Mohr Volkswagen.
