Started out strong via e-emails, ultimately left so unhappy. I had to hound the dealership to pay off my trade-in. I had to make an extra payment to my old vehicle while waiting. Dealership will not refund the late fees inquired due to their mishandling of my old account. I had to drive 25 minutes back for them to take out a security device. The water fountains in the building don't work. There's no water bottles accessible in the lobby. Sat there for 4 hours. An entire mess, no organization. The vehicle its self has issues that I haven't even considered dealing with as I can't even get a resolution to the finance issue. I would not recommend this dealership to a friend, family member or colleague. The car is not worth the stress that comes from these folks. Top it off, none of the people I worked with are listed as staff on this website.

Would NEVER recommend buying from this dealer, bought a used car and took it home 45 minutes later the battery was dead. The battery was 5 years old and they told me they never had a problem with it, but while I was there waiting to see the car I watched a sales person jump start the car. Waited 2 weeks for them to get me a battery and they made ME INSTALL THE BATTERY and told me I had to pay for them to program the battery to the car. 2 weeks later now and the car won?t pass emissions cause it?s doesn?t have a catalytic converter while reaching out to them they wanna play the card that they ?told me it didn?t have one?. Talked with Tyler the sales person and completely trying to lie to me saying they told me multiple times it didn?t have a catalytic converter ?which they never did? and told me it would pass emissions which was clearly a lie. He also hung up on me, after I called back I asked to speak to a manger and still haven?t received a call. This dealership is a scam and a bunch of frauds. Selling a car that won?t pass emissions is ILLEGAL.

The service engine light was on, appointment scheduled, I was informed of issue and the vehicle was fixed. Service as expected. Matt was professional and courteous.
