My family has bought five cars from Chris, so I knew when it was time for me to buy my first car I was coming to the right guy! Chris did an amazing job at explaining all the functions and capabilities my new car was coming with and made sure I went home with the safest vehicle for me.

Buying a car can be a stressful and anxious experience. I experienced neither this past week when I worked with Chris Hallenberg at Jennings Chevrolet. I purchased a used Honda through Chris over a decade ago and remembered the process of working with him as a positive experience. So much so, that I broke my pattern of always buying foreign made cars when I became curious about the Chevy Bolt. I knew very little about the Bolt, but I knew that I wanted to try an electric car. I knew that Chris would be my best resource. I was so right! Chris spent a long time with me – explaining every detail that I asked about in clear and understandable terms that a 74 year old could easily follow! His patience and kindness went way above and beyond. He never talked down to me nor did I ever feel pushed. I felt confident, comfortable and sure that I was on the right path. Then came the showing of the Chevy Bolts – an EV and an EUV. Both beautifully designed. I and some members of my family are larger people, so I decided on the EUV after I sat in the back of each of them to experience the spaciousness. Chris gave me more than enough time to look at, touch and get a good sense of the cars. Then we did a test drive and I fell in love with the car! Again, Chris answered every little question and every big question as we drove. He offered information and suggestions for me to get more and more comfortable and assured me that he would be available, should I have any questions moving forward. I am a Grandma and the caretaker of my 86 year old husband who has Parkinson’s. That day, I felt that I was a trendsetter and a contributor to the future of our planet! Chris Hallenberg is an amazing human being. Your company is more than lucky to have him aboard. I cannot imagine how I could have been more comfortable from the minute I arrived than by working with him. I look forward to a long relationship with Chris and Jennings Chevy! Thank you!
