The BEST car buying experience ever!
The BEST car buying experience ever!!! This is our 2nd car purchase this year with IAN!!! We have never met any sales rep like him!! He is dedicated, helpful, thoughtful and so fun to work with!! Never any pressure-but very informative!! There are so many car dealerships near us and I would drive hours to get to IAN and City VW…this dealership would not be what it is without IAN!! He has got to be the nicest guy ever-so thankful for his help!! Thank you Ian…your more than just an excellent employee to CITY…your the BEST in every aspect! Narcis and team made my experience the best I’ve ever had buying a car. I knew exactly what I wanted, and they quickly responded with pricing details, were able to show me the car when it was most convenient for me, and had me out of the dealership with my new car in 1.5 hours (paying cash with no trade in). great staff!
