I had been visiting a few dealerships prior to coming to City Volkswagen of Evanston. I went on a Friday and took a test drive with Gilbert. Because I was impressed with the vehicle I came back the next day and met with Gilbert to do the deal. It was about as smooth a transaction as could be for an auto purchase. I never felt pressured and they worked with my budget.
