Lack of quality at the Service Department
I bought my civic at this dealership back in 2020 (a 2020 Honda civic) I have taken it back there to their service center for oil changes and tire rotation, while I have not been all that impressed, I continued to take it there to be service, however the last 2 times I had been very disappointed. Prior to this last time, I had an appointment for my car to be serviced but I also told them that I had a concern on the vehicle's A/C system, mainly the driver side while on defrost it blew ice cold while the passenger side blew hot air like it was supposed to be. They proceed it to tell me that it was due to a bad manufacturer air dryer and that it was actually a recall item. Mind you, I had not received any previous notification of a recall. Anyway, the replaced the air dryer and on my way I went, only to have the same issue a few weeks later... so I took my car back out to the dealership's service center and they told me the same thing, a malfunction / leak on the air dryer (again) so they went ahead and replaced again under warranty. I drove off the parking lot and something was flying from the front of the hood so I stopped to see what it was, yeah, they did not put the plastic pins that hold the rubber seal on the hood therefore it was flying out of the car so I immediately drove back to the service department and they tried telling me that the weather damaged them- okay but my car had them when I dropped it off and now it doesn't. they only punt one on each end to hold it together and they told me that they did not have any of the other size - it takes 2 different sizes. I did not want to argue so I just left. When I got home, I showed my husband and not only did they did not put the plastic pins in place but the low/high A/C lines caps where also missing, When I called the service center back to tell them they told me they would try to get me some... That was Saturday and today is Monday. I am still waiting for a call back. Needless to say, I will not go back to that service center. Caroline the service center that take the information on my vehicle and scheduled the service was attentive, my complaint is on the service technician that has worked on vehicle and the lack of quality service they provided.

A Great Place-to Stay Away From
I made a deal on a lease and they sold the car while I was making the deal remotely. The GM Brian had the nerve to call me and say I had no right to be angry at his saleswoman! Insinuated I was less valuable because I wasn’t on the lot. And would not say when or if another car would be arriving. I do most things from home as a sufferer of Lupus. Funny I mentioned that right before they sold the car to someone else. I recommend staying clear of this place. Try Venice Honda, people. Save your time and aggravation. Lousy dealership.
