Found my certified pre-owned Q8 via Carguru. Catherine R took care of me from the start and remotely. She was fast, efficient, and friendly as soon as I sent my online request. Sher had everything ready when I drove down from Sarasota to inspect reports and test drive the car. Nick took care of the financing and maintenance plans. He was friendly and got me a better rate than anticipated. The car was in great condition. Good job to Catherine, Nick and the behind the scene team who made it happen!
