Very disappointed with this dealership's lack of professionalism and respect for customers' time. I spoke with them 2-3 times within an hour to confirm a vehicle was available, and each time I was told it was ( even when I was 5 minutes away) Based on that, I drove almost an hour to see it. When I arrived, I was told the car had been sold a minute before I got there. If that's true, someone should have called or texted me immediately instead of letting me make a long, unnecessary drive. Poor communication and careless handling of customers. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone who values their time!!

I have been trying to purchase a particular car from this
I have been trying to purchase a particular car from this dealership for two weeks! I am pre approved and was supposed to get a video walkthrough and the purchase order stating the price. The two salesmen I spoke with separately lied about the video and never offered a price. The customer service sucks. i have called everyday only to be told that someone from sales will contact me. It hasn't happened and it's been two weeks already! I left messages for the gm but no call has been returned. I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere if you are not local your screwed as I am a buyer out of state!

Be aware the price they quote is not the price you will
Be aware the price they quote is not the price you will pay. 2 different employees stated that financing price is different from cash price which is illegal in Florida. They wouldn't talk to on the phone insisted on doing everything over text.
