I have been trying to purchase a particular car from this dealership for two weeks! I am pre approved and was supposed to get a video walkthrough and the purchase order stating the price. The two salesmen I spoke with separately lied about the video and never offered a price. The customer service sucks. i have called everyday only to be told that someone from sales will contact me. It hasn't happened and it's been two weeks already! I left messages for the gm but no call has been returned. I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere if you are not local your screwed as I am a buyer out of state!

Be aware the price they quote is not the price you will pay. 2 different employees stated that financing price is different from cash price which is illegal in Florida. They wouldn't talk to on the phone insisted on doing everything over text.

They lie to get you into showroom

They lie to get you into the dealership. The website is grossly out of date and misleading. I called to confirm availability of a particular 2023 Atlas on their website (22 Sep 23). They said it was still available and they’d have it ready for test drive when I came in. Got there and was given the rub around and low and behold they didn’t have any of the 9 Atlas’ listed on their websites. Seedy, dishonest trash is what this dealer is.
