Rick Case Volkswagen

I'm extremely frustrated with my 2022 Atlas as it came from the manufacturer with a brake issue. Despite three service visits within three months, the problem persists. They claim it's a widespread problem for vehicles of the same year, yet refuse to address it without me footing the bill for a manufacturing flaw. This is nonsensical and unacceptable.I was told they can not do anything about at the dealership that I had to try to get an answer from the Volkswagen

Dropped off car for scheduled maintenence. Take-in was quick and easy. It was finished.

The worst dealership I have ever visited. The sales person was good and we needed to. buy a car but the service department leaves a lot to be desired. They have service riders that are unable to even communicate in English, they are rude, and your problem is not theirs. We scheduled an appointment with a service rep who called us to only show up and find out no appointment was made. Then she proceeded to talk under her breath the whole time she was entering the information as if we couldn’t hear what she was saying. We ended up leaving and went to a real dealer Gunther Volkswagen who not only helped us immediately, spoke our language and was able to accommodate us and the problem. We purchased the car on September 11, 2023 and on September 21st already had an issue with the vehicle. To have the service director tell us that wasn’t his problem. The owner who passed would be appalled at the service they provide. They give you these books that state that they strive on service well it has gone down hill. I will never step foot in one of their dealers again for a purchase nor for service. I encourage you all to think twice before going to Rick case. Their employees and management don’t care once the sale is done they are done with you as a client!
