DO NOT purchase from this dealership. this dealer guaranteed that I would have a monthly payment in my spending range and putting down $500 to hold a car I was interested in, I drove over 90 minutes to go finalize my purchase. After a test drive, putting $2000 down & having been shown a payment of 567, I began signing papers to finalize my purchase. Once nearly everything was signed, they all of sudden made the monthly payment increase nearly $400 to $935! They weren’t willing to honor the monthly payment they initially offered me. I now have to wait several days to get my money back and am out of a vehicle that had been presented as a done deal. I have purchased MANY vehicles throughout the years and this is by far the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had. There were things they could have done, they just chose not to. There are so many other VW dealerships, there’s certainly better ones in CT than here. Pick one, I’m sure they’re better. If you decide go here, good luck & I hope your guardian angels are with you.

Visiting vernon volkswagen, I met with sale consultant (Gianni P.)for a test drive, I felt comfortable in all aspects from knowledge of volkswagen to financial options. I would recommend G.P. for future vehicle purchase.

If I could leave 0/5 I would. Scheduled an appointment for a test drive, drove an hour, to be told that it was my fault for not calling ahead. Car was sold within 24 hours of appointment confirmation. Tom was very rude and disrespectful.
