As a 75 year old woman who drives a 4 cyl sports car, GJVW is my go-to service and repair shop. I appreciate the ability to schedule service appointments on line and congruent to my schedule. My appoinment times are always honored and I never get bumped. The shop never tries to upsell additional services and are excellent at providing future estimates of things to watch for or additional preventive maintenance. I appreciate that. I usually wait during my appointment, and appreciate the progress updates on my phone. I also appreciate the multpoint inspection reports that allow me to plan for tire replacements and other upcoming expenses. As a single woman, I appreciate the safety I feel with this shop and the care I receive from Gary and the rest of this crew. No patronizing and consistent informed updates and quality service.

Work they did was great and everything runs good but cost me a hefty amount and took more than 3 months to finish everything.

The person who took my oil change order added two items that I didn't request and had to call me to see if I wanted them and that he could take them off before they began. The car was already on the lift and he seemed like it was fairly urgent to prevent the unwanted items. When I told him I didn't want the items he seemed irritated like it was my fault. This is the second bad experience I've had with this person. He is careless. The repairs/service I get seem to be fine but, If I had another reasonable choice, I'd go somewhere else. Unfortunately, this is the only dealership that is really qualified to manage my vehicle in my area.
