Hello everyone, I just brought my car in earlier today. It’s an Audi A3 (ie a Volkswagen). I wanted to get an oil change and they refused me service because they couldn’t find my previous information. My car literally tells you everything you need to know. I’m only there for an oil change, nothing else. This is insane! I made an appointment for this and it was terrible service. Please go elsewhere to get help, if you can.

I was looking for a very specific 2019 Tiguan. I was not interested in any other car. Other sales persons I had dealt with from other dealerships were often more interested in offering me alternatives instead of finding the car I wanted. He not only found the exact car, but actually legitimately helped me out during the acquisition process. In other words, he did not just hand me off to the finance manager once we struck a deal. Instead he stayed committed to me as a customer and made sure that the remainder of the process went well and that my time was respected. That was a pleasant and welcome surprise. After having looked at and talked to 5 other VW dealerships to get the car I wanted, I am very happy to have found Mark. Thanks!
