I recently purchased a brand-new ID Buzz 1st Edition, and after comparing offers across multiple dealerships, Chris Hodges at VW South Coast delivered the best price—and more importantly, he stood by it all the way through. The process was refreshingly smooth: I only had to visit the dealership twice—once to sign and pay, and once for the big surprise. That second visit was the highlight. Chris and his team went above and beyond to help me surprise my wife on her birthday with the car. They had it parked out front with a big bow on top, ready for the reveal. My wife was completely shocked and thrilled, and the staff was fully supportive of making it a special moment. Chris is straightforward, professional, and true to his word. No hidden add-ons, no last-minute games—just honesty and great service. If you’re shopping for a VW, I can’t recommend him and the South Coast VW team highly enough.
