About a month ago, we purchased a used car from this dealership, only to discover later that it had undisclosed rat damage. The day after the purchase, my husband contacted them to report that several features weren’t working properly on our drive home. He was told the used sales manager would return his call — but despite multiple follow-ups, no one ever got back to us. When we took the car to a local dealership for diagnosis, we learned that the issues we’d been experiencing since day one were caused by rodent damage. The repairs are costly, learn from our mistake — do not buy from this dealership.

I have to admit that I never had any experience in a car
I have to admit that I never had any experience in a car dealership as pleasant as VW/Audi of Marin and specifically the sale person PAUL, he made the entire journey courteously smooth and easy to navigate, thank you Paul and your financial officer whom both stayed late to finish all the necessary paperwork, greatly appreciated with regards.
