Great experience.
Great experience. Alma was very professional and listened to my concerns I had about my car. She did a thorough job investigating what needed to be done and explained everything in terminology I could understand. I will definitely use VW of Marin for service going forward, even though further from my home we'll worth the trip to be treated with respect.
