Finance Team at this dealership is the worst , They are cheaters and do what they can to steal your money. When I got my car , they convinced me to buy additional services which I was reluctant but they confirmed that if I don’t use any of the services , It will go towards my principal at the end of the loan term and this will cover part replacements if any which I never did. Now when I tried calling them to cancel the services , they are saying they will charge me fees and return the prorated amount. This is cheating a customer to get additional business and it’s ridiculous. I have only had a couple of scheduled yearly services and that typically comes with a new Car , Beyond that I have never visited. It’s disgusting that they have not bothered to reach out even after multiple followups. Worst customer service / worst delearship

Terrible experience! Took the car to VW because I thought they would do a better job, but instead the car broke down two consecutive times after first and second repair. I am still waiting for the General Manager, Steve Taylor to call me back...

The only thing I want to say about them is that unfortunately they ruined the name of VW Can u imagine the service department accused you threatening them for no reason And I thought the manager is going to be more flexible and respect their customers but they do not .I feel so bad for those who work hard all these years for the name of VW and such kind of those peoples ruined it .
