I had a good experience at City Volkswagen. Bought a 2013 VW passat. Christa was great, helpful & patient. Explained all the features of the Car very well. Also want to mention Their Finance manager Ryan who explained all the finance & leasing options really well. They both were honest in clearing my doubts. 5 star for both of them.

City Volkswagen Service
Customer Service is good and Lounge room is decent (City VW and Chevy) Wish they had water for customer. Every time Ive been hear my wait time for service has been 3 to 4 hours.
