These guys play games and are jerks. The Sales Manager is not a friendly person and has disdain for willing buyers who modestly negotiate. Highly recommend not buying from this dealership, they will try to screw you.

Did not honor cars.com instant offer
I went to the dealership with a cars.com instant offer of $9,975, the dealership instead stated that they would pay $7,000. They justified this due to paint chips on the front bumper (a few hundred dollar fix - less for a dealer).

Stealership $15K Markup
$15K markup on a Golf R is ridiculous. This practice is ultimately what will end car dealerships in the US. I hope this is one is first.
