This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Pacific Volkswagen and James was incredible to work with from start to finish. After purchase, there was an issue with the transmission and James took care of everything immediately and advocated for me to ensure I got my car back as quickly as possible. Having James on my side made the entire transaction better and helped me feel secure in a very expensive investment.

I bought my car from this dealer this year. I have gone back twice for some repairs that should be covered by the warranty. In both instances, I was told that it would take several days, even though it was a relatively simple thing. For example, the cooling of my front seats was not working. They told me it would take 3 days for only diagnosing it. I'm never going back to this service shop.
