We have to give Afi 5 stars! She was such a pleasure to work with, and we can't thank her enough for all of her time and efforts in working a great deal with us. She was honest and thoughtful throughout the entire process, and she was true to her word in keeping us within our tight budget. We greatly appreciate her! We highly recommend anyone coming into New Century VW to see Afifeh Tarighat. You will not be disappointed!

We stopped by this dealership 2 months ago to look at potential cars to lease. We were greeted by Afifeh who was patient and informative. Even though we didn't get a car that day, we had already decided we would return and work with her when we were ready to sign the lease. 2 months later we returned and were greeted again Afifeh who not only remembered us, but our circumstances. She worked tirelessly to get us the best deal and was honest about the process throughout. She made sure we were comortable and happy with everything before we signed. It was because of her that we finally settled on a new car. We couldn't recommend her enough if you are interested in any VW

I purchased a car from New Century VW in March and they never registered the car with DMV. They have yet to rectify the issue eight months later and I cannot register it myself with DMV. I have contacted them many times and they have done nothing.
