This was the worst dealership experience I’ve had.
This was the worst dealership experience I’ve had. I paid $250 for a diagnosis on a rear door that wouldn’t latch. They told me the wiring harness was bad and couldn’t be repaired, and they kept the fee even though they couldn’t fix the problem. A certified Volkswagen independent mechanic later confirmed the harness was fine, the door lock itself needed replacement. I provided photo and video proof, but the dealership still refused to refund the diagnostic fee. I was considering buying a new Volkswagen, but after this experience, I won’t be returning.
