I reached out to Emilio that manages the store and told him what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. They knew I was coming down from OC and the terms had to be solid. He told me to ask for Danny when I got there to cinch the deal. They did what they said they'd do and got me in and out in short order on a Sunday. I'm a happy customer and would buy from them again. 

My husband and I both thought Ray Reel was very honest, professional, knowledgeable and genuine. I was actually looking at buying another make and model elsewhere. I will be honest since Ray is very personable and well spoken it made me want to buy another Volkswagen. He was very aware that I didn't want to spend all day with my family at the dealership and helped work out the numbers before we came down. The process went so smoothly and I appreciate it. I feel like Ray did an amazing job and I would definitely purchase another car from you guys. Also Frank was very helpful and kind.

AMAZING!!!! Deborah, Daniel and Mike are all awesome. They didn’t have any hidden fees, I explain to Deborah what the price was on Cars.com and she didn’t add any hidden fees like Luis from Elks Volkswagen. Deborah send us to Daniel, and he was very helpful and patient will my daughter. Daniel FaceTime her so she can see the vehicle she was going to purchase. Mike from finance was great he had all the paperwork ready and made it easy to understand what you’re purchasing. I recommend Escobedo Volkswagen to anyone who is looking in purchasing a vehicle.
