Easy in and out service. Good explanation of suggested work and timely service as predicted. Also told what to expect at next service and timing of that service.

I have been to the service department 3 times since I
I have been to the service department 3 times since I leased my car and have been unsatisfied each time. The service managers are nice but seem understaffed. The cashiers seem disinterested in their jobs and are barely polite. I also had to wait about 40 minutes from the time I arrived to drop off my car till the time I left and I had an appointment. Then when I wanted to pick up my car. I called twice and was transferred to VM and could not get a live person on the phone. I was so frustrated that I went there in person and sure enough, my car was ready and nobody had called me. The other service person was not my original had a hard time finding my ticket and moved very slow, with no sense of urgency. I will be trying a different VW service location for my next service which is unfortunate, because the Encinitas location is closest to my house.
