Lya, our sales agent, was kind, patient, and very helpful. She answered all our questions and never made us feel rushed. She really cared about helping us find the right car. Diego, the manager we worked with, was honest and clear. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and made sure we felt comfortable with every step. George in finance was great too. He explained all the paperwork clearly and made the process quick and simple. Everyone worked together as a team, and it showed. We felt respected and taken care of the whole time. We would definitely recommend Covina Volkswagen to friends and family and would be happy to come back again.
