Pleasant experience at VW CardinaleWay!
Roy went above and beyond in making sure I am happy with my deal. He called me days later to follow up. That is the kind of after-sales service you would like. The dealership is also clean and very accessible. I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

Don?t waste your time.
When we went to cardinale we were shopping for a used family vehicle, like a van or a SUV type. Then of course Armando showed me a white 2017 or 16 dodge caravan that was located behind the store and the van look okay, inside was decent and spacious, overall we decided to go for the van then after ive signed the documents and everything else they told me that the van still needs to get inspected and go to smog and get cleaned as well. But they never told me that it still hasnt passed inspection. So i let that slide they told me i can pick up the van the next day. They called me the next day and said the van was ready and i got there the van wasnt ready and they said that they made a mistake and it was a different van and ive waited another day and came back they said that the van DID not passed SAFETY. so they cannot sell me the van and i just lost it there! How can they sell something thats for a family and it didnt passed safety? Ridiculous! Then again, to cover their mistakes they showed me another vehicle this time its a 2018 dodge journey which was nice again signed paper works and what not but i couldnt take the car home cause it wasnt clean. So we waited another week! Then when we picked up the SUV the car was STILL DIRTY. It had pet hairs, it smells like smoke and weve found syringes cap on the side of the door and a BLADE in on the little storage compartment. And i went back to the dealership and Armando said that since ive bought a used car this is how its gonna look like and that they dont have a ?professional? team that deeps clean the cars they sell! I was lost for words!!!! If i could return the vehicle and NEVER to purchase again. I will do that. Because what ive experienced with them is just ridiculous. Ive also took photos of the syringe cap and blades! Will be posted on google reviews.
