I would never recommend this business to anyone I care about. They are incompetent and rude here. It’s clear the owners don’t care about their customers or employees well-being.

Over a week since I purchased a used car for cash, with a trade in, and they have lost papers, not completed the DMV registration, not completed the trade in transfer, and generally appear to be clueless as to how these should be handled. Unbelievably unprofessional in their attempts to complete the paperwork.

This was by far my best car buying experience yet. Everyone went out of their way to be so helpful and to make sure that all my questions were answered. Great service and a great price. So glad I went here. I love my Jetta!
