Great Service. Was in line to check in and immediately was greeted before I could turn my engine off!

This review is only about the service center, not the overall dealership, since I have limited experience with other areas of the dealership. While the service advisor seem to be doing his best, the service center was understaffed, or the staff that was there was sitting around, not paying attention to customers (one girl was sitting there doing something on her cell phone that didn’t look like work). Despite having an appointment, I was left standing outside for 20 minutes, waiting for someone to come and check my car in. I had gone inside within a few minutes of arriving and was told someone would be outside to help me shortly. I waited about 10 minutes before someone came out, looked at me, told me someone would help me soon, and then walked away. After another 10 minutes, my husband went inside and then finally someone helped him. The pick up was a little smoother, but there was one employee In the service center to handle everybody waiting. I’m used to much higher levels of service at other (non-VW) dealerships so unless alternate VW dealerships are prohibitively far away, I will look for a different VW service center for future service needs.
