Buying a car can be exhausting and lengthy sometimes, especially around the holidays like Thanksgiving. The folks at VW of Little Rock were very professional and made our buying experience very smooth. Communications were done in person the day before Thanksgiving, by phone and through text messaging on Thanksgiving day and the day after. Then we signed papers that Friday evening. They were quick to respond to our questions and/or concerns and negotiations were smooth and pleasant throughout the entire buyong process. Everyone from Sales and Finance were very accommodating, respectful, and very professional from start to finish. We highly recommend this dealership!

I have worked with Kareem for a few VW purchases through the years and he is an excellent person to deal with. I inform him of what my desires are and he does his best to accommodate. He is the most familiar face at this dealership for me and a good customer advocate. The service department is going through some changes that seem to be improving. If there's one thing that's more important than the sale it's the follow up service. My hope is it continue to improve and stabilize.

It was a fairly fast transaction. They picked me up from the airport which was great. The only thing is that I had to wait for the car to be washed after we completed everything. I would've loved for the car to be detailed and ready for pick up since they knew I was coming. Overall, it was a smooth transaction and definitely recommend it.
