My experience with Jeff Cox, the assistant service
My experience with Jeff Cox, the assistant service manager, was extremely frustrating. From the start, he came off dismissive and uninterested in actually helping. When I explained the issue with my vehicle, he barely listened and kept interrupting, acting like my concerns were a waste of his time. So i won’t be coming back here for service ever again.

Bought a Mazda 2024 at this dealer.
Bought a Mazda 2024 at this dealer. Last Thursday, I went to a gas station in Menomonie Falls to get the gas for my car the first time. I tried to figure out how to open the gas cap so many times. Then I learned that the gas cap was broken. I called the dealership so many times to figure out how to get it fixed... finally, I drove the car there... they do not take it seriously and then assumed I damaged the cap myself without let the service person to look at it. Horrible customer service. They do not want to talk to me anymore after I told them I was going to sue them. I am going to hire a lawyer and need to go to that gas station to have a video clip of how I opened the gas cap. They might think I am an asian so they can pick on. I sent the complaint to Better Business Bureau... I contacted a friend who is a lawyer to give me some legal advice on this issue. I also sent a complaint to Consumer Protection
