The worst dealership I’ve ever deal with. Don’t recommend to buy anything even parts there! Be aware!

Worked with Mike Carter in purchasing our new 2024 Grand Highlander. Mike worked tirelessly to find us the car we wanted, a storm cloud blue, with black wheels, fully loaded platinum with very rare and hard to find Portobello Brown Leather Interior. Mike pulled it off and found us one that was allocated at another dealership. He was able to make an inside trade and got that car coming here for us. He kept us updated throughout the entire build and delivery process. Now let me say, I visited a couple of dealerships before visiting Titus Will and was met with Pushy sales people. The other dealers were also trying to cram $500 3rd brake light pulse system (which is a $15 part on amazon and takes 10 mins to install) as well as clear door edge guards for $800 (which is about $20 on amazon and takes about 5 mins to install) It's absolutely ridiculous what the other dealerships were trying to pull off.... AND they would absolutely refuse to remove the option because "it was already installed on the vehicle" Now coming to Titus Will, the only thing they tried to add on was a SWAT GPS Tracker. Which of course, I didn't want and they had no issue removing that option. I was pleasantly surprised when they agreed to do that. I was able to negotiate a fair price for our trade-in and once that was all settled the paperwork process was very smooth. The Finance Manager was very pleasant, showed us all the options but was not pushy at all. The Dealership was very neat, clean and tidy and they had a very nice self serve espresso coffee bar. Our Vehicle was waiting in the covered, indoor delivery bay, freshly detailed and ready to go. All the employees we dealt with were very pleasant and professional. Overall, we were VERY pleased with our experience and highly recommend TITUS WILL TOYOTA OF TACOMA!

If I could give "0" stars, I would. This is the worst place to purchase a vehicle. The service department manager is the worst of them all. He continuously denied the real reasons why my brand new corolla cross broke down and failed to attend to the issue till I filed complains with Attorney Generals office and made calls to Toyota Brand myself. That was the first time I got a call from him. Then he conveniently told me the memory on the dash board was able to tell him that "I was using my windshield wipers" But not important information concerning engine oil levels in the vehicle. Yes, true story- my brand new corolla cross was sold to me and broke down after 2 weeks of driving it with the dash board reading "engine pressure low". I was told no memory was found and my recollection of events was false. So I should come pick up vehicle. Yes, another true story. Glad this nightmare is over as the vehicle has been repurchased. WARNING: choose wisely. Pick a better dealership.
