Best car buying experience ever. Our salesman David was tremendous, no pressure, answed all our questions. My daughter was able to go home with a beautiful used car from Toyota of Pullman. Thanks again, the Burns/Melior families.

I bought a Toyota Rav knowing that if I purchased a car, I would be submitting myself to a dealership and its salespersons to my personal information to send me requests for reviews and good words about my purchase, I don't know how they can possibly ask for an atta-boy or good comments for a purchase that I payed cash for and did not trade a car in. It was so simple. A little hard to mess it up. My salesperson did help me drive my rented car to the car rental agency, and another salesperson did an excellent job of explaining the functions of the car that I was unfamiliar with that would get me home till I could read the manuals and familiarize myself with the knowledge I would need to operate this car as it was much different than other vehicles I have owned. All of these features would be expected when dealing with a customer buying a car with cash. I am letting the dealership know thru this review to remove me from your mailing list, do not text me with your AI automatic review request and like us on Facebook features. If you do I will make my purchase from anywhere else but your dealership. negotiating a final price was more painless than I expected, I am a lousy negotiator. I think the cash talked. I am giving it an average rating only because this site is forcing me to rate to make this review. I would not be making a review normally unless I was mad as xxxx at a business and I wanted to scream it to the world.

Tommy was the best! Very good at explaining the cars systems, answered all questions, and made the buying experience great. We were not familiar with all the features on these new cars and his knowledge and patience was very much appreciated. I would definitely buy another car from him. Preston was also very kind and knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the warranty and financing information. Both were a pleasure to deal with. I definitely would go back to Toyota of Pullman and deal with Tommy!
