Purchased a life time oil chang and on my 2nd oil change
Purchased a life time oil chang and on my 2nd oil change they called said my vehicle is ready to pick up but they found metal shaving in my oil. So went down to pick it up and ask if I could see for myself the metal in the filter. The tech brings his phone over and shows me a picture I can't see any thing due to a bad photo and why would they cut open my filter and take a picture of it but not show me the filter? The tech said as he was draining the oil he could see metal in the oil coming out using his flash light. We'll it goes back to why they couldn't show me the oil filter they removed from my vehicle? Not good customer service here and why be so secret about the filter they removed from my vehicle just show the customer to proof what they found I do not care for someone that can't back up that they told me about the metal shaving in the the filter. Why hide that from a customer I am sure I know why
