DON'T BUY FROM HERE. Ryan is rude, a liar, and inconsiderate. He gave short responses on text showing lack of respect for my questions. I should have known then he didn't care about his customers. I communicated interest several times and advised I would be driving from over 2 hours away and he said he would see me soon. I get there and i am informed the car was just sold 20 minutes ago by another salesman and that Ryan isnt there. Then they tried to sell me on other vehicles. So either it was a fake listing to get customers in the door, or worse, Ryan took no consideration of my time to call me and say someone else was filling out paperwork to buy the vehicle. It takes more than an hour to go through the paperwork, get approved credit and financing, go over Bluelink, get the car cleaned, etc. I should have been notified sooner so i didnt waste 5 hours coming to check out a car. This dealership doesnt care about you. Do not buy from them. They will screw you over.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Gabriel and other sales people love to harass customers and bother them all hours of the night. Gabriel is the ring leader of being the trouble maker. Called to talk to the General Manager and I was given to someone portraying him. There were threats made that if the car was not picked up by a certain day, we are 7-1/2 hours away, they would not sell it to us. The real reason was they would not get the credit for the sale in June nor would they get their commission. The GM of sales, Ankush was supposed to call me first thing this morning. It is now 11:20am and no call! Does it surprise me? No. So my next step is the Better Business Bureau and UAW, that is the union for all auto dealer shops. Even if the dealer is not a member they will be able to direct me as to what to do. I know this because my husband was a member for 50+ years. So if you are smart you will keep your distance from Toyota of Woodbridge. You have been warned!!!!

Do not recommend buying any used vehicle from them. I bought a 2021 Ford F 150 and they sent it to me with tpms faults and with broken mirrors, window, and vent adjusters, without telling me. I let them now and the told me to get a quote, so I did and gave them it and haven't heard a word since. They are xxxx and if they want the review taken down they can pay the bill to fix it
