Horrible experience with Marc Porto assistant service advisor. I will never use their services again.

I had an appointment for an oil change.
I had an appointment for an oil change. I got a text regarding scheduling a recall repair. They could not do the recall repair on the same day as the oil change so they rescheduled me to the following week. When I picked up the car, the recall work was never done. They had no record of the recall work being scheduled. If they can't get this small stuff right, how can I expect them to get the big stuff right?
