The service department here is a train wreck. When you enter there is no designated person to assist but rather you have to wait with whatever group of customers are. Present and left to figure out who is next. Once one of the very disinterested service people finally agrees to talk to a customer, check in goes fairly smooth. Pickup is similar and half of the time nobody can find he work papers or keys. The service work itself seems good, but it's just the admin that is horrible

The outsource phone system is terrible. I was calling to see if the car was ready. I ended up calling a California dealer instead of Virginia. I will say the car repair was just fine. I paid the bill when I picked up the car. People were standing around everywhere waiting to pick up their car. All of the 3 people handling the service pick-up/payment counter were either eating or on the phones. After about a half hour of waiting to pick up the car, they finally accepted my check, but then billed me again a month later.
