Classic Toyota Hampton

Didn't need a new car....but was considering a RAV4 for future purchase. Wesley, is my kind of salesman. He is very professional, courteous and knowledgable of the vehicles. Wasn't pushy at all. His excellent customer service skills, his integrity & his care & concern convinced me to purchase my new RAV4.....I was not impressed by theDealership itself...the reception & hospilitality could be improved. Wesley and his salesmanship sold me the car. We need more like him..

I wish I could give half a star. This dealership is by far the worse I have ever dealt with. They sold me a a car with a bad starter. I just purchased the car in August from Ethon at the dealership and have been calling for weeks to get this resolved and they purposely refused to return my phone calls because they don't want to fix the car. I've called numerous times to get the issue resolved and spoke to various people. The sales representative (female) who took the phone call today refused to let me speak with the General Manager Chris and Henry and pass on my message. The service department is full of inconsistent liars and have quoted me different prices for labor each time I called with the same issue. They are crooks. I would never purchase a car from them ever again. Their customer service is the worst. Definitely do not recommend. Save your money and purchase elsewhere.
