This dealerships service department only has a few technicians that care about maintenance of vehicles. The free oil changes and state inspections appear to be a problem for some of them and they don’t want you to have a hassle free experience. Jordan and Kenny were the last two people that I spoke to in person and I still did not get an oil change because it was inconvenient to Jordan who does not like to get his hands dirty?

Had a misunderstanding during my car purchase. However, Ethon Innis went above and beyond to help me out and make things right. Also thanks to David in finance, he was very helpful. I would surely do business with them again.

Just had my 6 month tire rotation and one of my Safety

Just had my 6 month tire rotation and one of my Safety Recalls (25TA13 backup camera) updated. For the camera update they apparently had to turn off all my auto settings, but failed to identify this to me when they returned my vehicle to me. So I am driving down the interstate at dusk with no lights on, not even daytime running lights, wondering why I was having trouble seeing as it was getting darker. Then I realized my auto headlights didn’t come on. That was also when I noticed everything was turned off. As a computer technician I always made it a point to make sure how someone had their desktop settings or their desk arrangement was always put back the way they had it, simple courtesy. As a service technician it’s the simple things that get us the recognition for being a good or great technician. I’ve had it where a previous service someone must’ve used my vehicle to cool themselves off as my AC was turned all the way down. It was not in for AC service, again just a simple tire rotation. My vehicle only has a little over 6,500 miles for a two year old vehicle. If something is wrong I will let you know, otherwise don’t touch. Thank you.
