I visited Toyota Sheehy for my 25K service, and unfortunately the customer experience was disappointing. They offered nothing for customers while waiting, and the staff did not seem trained to treat people properly. One Hispanic employee told me to stand by my car, but when I did, someone else assisted another customer who arrived after me. This made the service feel unorganized and unfair
