I had a 9:30 appointment for a tire rotation.
I had a 9:30 appointment for a tire rotation. I arrived at 9:20a. I still was waiting at 11:18 for my car. So I went to the service desk and my car was ready and waiting!! 2 hours for a tire rotation!!! No one notified me that my car had been sitting there??? I spoke with Nick, manager. He was very nice and stated he would follow up. The more I thought about it, I feel I should get a discount for my next service or a coupon. Regardless, certainly, more prompt attention!!!
