Worst service after the sale that I have ever
Worst service after the sale that I have ever experienced. Used car was defective, but fortunately we purchased a warranty. My husband went directly to salesman and was totally blown off. Just pointed him to the service center - despite his promises to go directly to him if had any problems whatsoever. Service center took weeks to fix a critical piece of the car that we needed daily. Did not fix the next issue and refused to even look at it at the dealership because they were "too busy" before a holiday weekend - with a couple hours before closing. Finally took it back for that fix and an oil change. Had a loaner booked and confirmed, as it would be at least an overnight fix. A person was given the last loaner right in front of me that had a couple hour wait. I was told that recalls take preference, even though they did not have a reserved loaner. Another two hours lost to No -Flow Toyota.

Just the worst.
Just the worst. Dropped off the vechile at 8am called at 230pm to see if it was ready. Was asked if I could leave it another day....for oil change and tire rotation. I'm so annoyed....and I will absolutely not be leaving it...but will be making my way to a different location for service.
