The oil drain plug was only finger tight so it leaked on
The oil drain plug was only finger tight so it leaked on our carport. I had to Jack up the car to crawl under to fix your sloppiness. I am 84 years old and had 4 back surgeries so this was not an easy fix. This is the second time for a loose drain plug from your business. I am NOT too happy! I better check the torquing of lug nuts from tire rotation. Can I trust you to do future work? I wonder. I worked with Preston Pulham, he was great.
