Best experience by far. We had Tom Shields as our salesman and from the moment we walked on the lot it was like working with a friend. He was very helpful by answering all of our questions and when it came to purchase price it was by far the best price on the car. Nate Casper in finance was amazing and even helped to change us from a lease into purchasing the car when he could see that it was better to purchase rather than lease for us. When I said in the beginning that it was like hanging out with friends that is really what it was like the whole way through. We love the car and we will be a customer for life. Fraudulent Misleading False Advertising

Misleading and False Advertising on KSL. They advertised a 2020 Tacoma SR5 "SR5" "SR5" "5", not the SR, but the SR5 for $31800. I inquired about it and got back a quote from Jalessa H for $30,031. I told the Jalessa Hopper or H something that I am buying the car, she should get the paper ready and send them by email.
Eventually I got the papers and there was a $1000 hidden fee and it said it was the "SR". There is normally a $3000 price difference or more between the SR and the SR5. However, since it was an advertised model I insisted that I am buying the SR5 for that price that I was quoted, not the SR.
It was advertised after all. And dealers have to be held to what they advertise, otherwise it is false advertising (I have the screen shots to proof it). Of course, you can imagine, they weaseled themselves out of it and even wrote me an email back that "our relationship cannot be salvaged" and that I am not welcome there. I bought 2 New Toyota-s there the past 2 years.
Wow, that is laughable, as if I care. But I care and want to caution the consumers of false advertising and these misleading "LURE" practices perpetrated by Brent Brown Toyota and other dealers. False advertising is illegal, and consumers can report it to consumer protection and the Fair Trade Association of the USA, although Brent Brown denies this..... of course.
At the very least, if argued that there are some 'small font' disclaimers on their website, it is still deceitful and does not deserve to remain in business, such a dealership. An advertised price and model even by mistake, which it was not as they claimed - because they have not made an effort to change or remove the ad - a dealer needs to stand behind it anyway. Otherwise it represents false advertising and needs to be stopped in order to prevent consumers from being mistreated, or defrauded.
Brent Brown is not the only one who has these poor deceitful practices. It's called lying. Lying in business is fraud. It's that simple.

I always dread dealing with car dealerships due to being hassled or treated like I'm wasting their time. They were honest, courteous, and was willing to bend over backwards for me. I would recommend Brent Brown to anyone looking for their next car or truck. Thanks a million guys....
