I was at the service dept for an emissions test to renew
I was at the service dept for an emissions test to renew registration for the Avalon. This went well. I also had questions regarding the braking on the Avalon. My service advisor - Christian Romero - test drove the Avalon to understand what the problem for the Avalon is. This was determined and I will have the Avalon braking changed. Christian was very helpful in explaining what the problem is and the need to change the brakes to remove the braking problem. .

Worst buying experience ever.
Worst buying experience ever. No respect given and nothing agreed, prior to arrival at the dealer was honored. What should have taken a short time to complete took well over 3 hours. The vehicle is fine but I am used to have fuel in it to get me past the first gas station. Totally disappointed.
