Everyone was friendly and helpful even if they were not
Everyone was friendly and helpful even if they were not MY salesperson. I felt seen and my sales professional was in tune, aware of and understood my goal. I was in and out of the dealership in about 3hours. I left with a new car of my choice. I wish the dealership wasn’t as far as it is, as I’d come back to have it serviced, as needed. Worth the drive for the purchase and appreciate the results! I’m a happy client with a beautiful new Highlander! *adding, I was preapproved at another dealer and made the drive to Riverdale because of my sales professional, Kade Oleson. TY!
