Young Toyota of Logan

We went in to have the tires rotated. They rotated the tires but forgot to tighten them. My wife pulled out onto the busy highway and her front left tire went flying across the road. Luckily she was able to grind it to the median before oncoming traffic could take her out. When talking to the manager, he said it’s happened a couple times before as well. They repaired the car for free (we’re still having small issues though), but when we tried to get a diminished claim value they would only give us about a third of what it was worth. Confusing to me why a company wouldn’t try to make it right with a person they almost killed. I’ll never go there again and be sure to tell everyone I know to do the same.

If I could give it a 0 I would. The finance bro, Blake, was incredibly rude when I asked questions about the contract and financing. He refused to talk with me and would only talk to my male partner. When we specifically requested some features to be taken off he told us there was absolutely no way that could be done. After we got our contract back, they were all listed under 'optional'. We were promised a lower rate when we bought the car and then Blake told us there was no way to even get within our price range per month even though we put more money down then we originally planned. Disgusted with the experience.
