Blenda is wonderful! She helped me through both routine maintenance and a recall fix, making sure I understood what was being done and why, in terms I could understand. She is friendly, patient, and genuinely cares about making the experience easy for me. She has a customer first approach and that’s what drew me to her years ago. I now only buy my cars from Karl Malone Toyota because of Blenda and she is the only service advisor I’ll use. I’ll stick with her my entire life for any car related needs. Forever thankful she was my service advisor many years ago by accident cause now I’m forever a customer of hers! She has never tried to upsell me on things I don’t need like my last service advisor did and I’m so thankful for that. It truly sets her apart and I know I’m in the best hands with her! I’ll definitely be returning because of her outstanding service.
