Im 78 yrs old my husband has cancer and my newer car was totaled after a deer ran into it. The balance thet u received from didn't reposcr my car. I had to buy used car. I know the vehicle that i bought was as is, but the saleman JP if he was honest would let me kniw the cue screen did jnit work. He just wanted the commission. My husband are older and limited incime i would not have bought the car if i knew the screen didn't work. They r made for safety and not the salesman or financial dept of the dealership informed us. Typical used car salesman

Dealership and dealer are good but the main issue of
Dealership and dealer are good but the main issue of concern that I have is with the manager who collaborates with the dealer. The manager needs to understand concerns that clients may have about prices and not persuade them to a deal that is not fair and creates a conflict when understanding the deal. But the dealer who worked with me is professional and explains very well about the concerns of the price deal. But the manager needs to be checked by the car dealership company.

THEY PUT THE WRONG NAME ON MY CONTRACT AND REGISTRATION.
THEY PUT THE WRONG NAME ON MY CONTRACT AND REGISTRATION. I informed Mr. Griffin that my name was wrong on the paperwork, and they said they would fix it. They fixed the name on the contract. However, I do not understand how they got to change my name on the contract without me re-signing the paperwork. That is a little bit scary because if they can change my name without my signature, does that mean that they can change any other information? Also, THEY DID NOT FIX MY REGISTRATION. THEY TOLD ME I CAN FIX IT MYSELF. I understand that I can, but I would not have to if it were done the first time.
