After a very disappointing experience with another department that left me ready to walk away and take my business elsewhere, Noel respectfully asked for a chance to hear me out. He listened sincerely, validated every concern as fair, and took the time to understand my timeline and frustrations. He then asked if he could make things right—and he absolutely did. Because of Noel’s patience, empathy, and determination to restore my trust, I stayed and completed the purchase. Without him, I would have left for good and never returned. They sold a car to my daughter with a leaking cylinder
They sold a car to my daughter with a leaking cylinder head, Coolant leaking into the oil. They won’t return my calls and the bosses are too busy ripping off other potential customers. Do not go there!
