Typical Toyota dealership. Their used Toyota vehicle is worth full Kelly Blue Book’s ‘Fair Purchase Price’ but your Toyota vehicle is only worth 60 percent of Kelly Blue Book’s ‘Trade in Value’. Also their low ball offer is contingent on an on-site inspection of your vehicle which is difficult for potential customers who do not live in the immediate area. Some car dealerships embrace internet sales but some do not. This dealership does not embrace internet sales.

Yesterday 12/7/2020, I called the used dealership regarding a vehicle. Mr. Amin picked up the call and was very courteous. He inquired as to what can he help me with? I told him that Iam interested in one specific vehicle, and gave him the exact Stock # JU120345 ( these are the last 8 digits of the actual VIN # as well.) He sounded ecstatic and said, we do have this vehicle available on the lot. I told him that I will be there in the next 25 minutes. I was there in 23. Inquired about Mr. Amin and suddenly, the guy who was supposed to be waiting for me, ready with the specific vehicle, disappeared. No one seemed to know about him. I was directed to Manager on the floor, by a sales rep. He tried to page him and then called him on his cell phone. He got hold of him on his cell phone. They talked about something, and then told me that he is not available, someone else can help me. When the next available gentleman took me to his desk. Then he tried to see which vehicle Mr. Amin looked up. When he found out the as to what we were looking for, he said, " unfortunately that specific vehicle with that stock number is sold. I asked him, did you sell this vehicle in the past 23 minutes? He started looking left and right and I got my answer. I assume that is what they do to lure in customers: Advertise a vehicle on Cars.com, or Cargurus.com, price it very reasonably, and when someone inquires about it, tell them, yes its available. when u show up, the guy who lured you in suddenly becomes unavailable and another gentleman tells you that unfortunately this vehicle has been sold, and then re-direct you to another vehicle. I call this "resorting to DIRTY TACTICS".
Mr. Amin could have told me the truth and I still would have gone there to find another vehicle. He didn't need to give me wrong information unnecessarily. I would never recommend this dealership to any one. If they lie to you before you even put your foot in their dealership, who knows what they might do when u actually try to purchase the car. How many more lies?

One of the best dealership experiences thanks to Aaron Morgan!! Heard exactly what I wanted and he delivered with no hiccups or issues. Would strongly recommend this dealership and Aaron in Sales.
