I do not have a problem with the vehicles but more with the oil change department. My first oil change was free but they over filled it and started having issues. Had to go back for them to correct their mistake. Also they marked my car as having over 80,000 miles and it only had 31,600. Then I went back for the second oil change or so I thought only to find out they were counting it as 3 oil changes since they had to fix their mistake and they wrote the date I took it in instead of the next due date for the oil change. I do not believe their employees know what they are doing!

3 months and still no license plates
Horrible!! Salesman Luis De la Garza obviously can not multitask. Sold a car that has not been signed over to them and can’t get plates now for a car I have already made 3 payments on. Call/text/go in person and still not able to resolve the problem. If you really want to purchase a used vehicle make sure they have proper signatures from previous owner.
