Service department is absolutely horrendous.
Service department is absolutely horrendous. I’ve had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change. They are not equipped to handle anything more than basic services. My car went in a week ago for a repair. It should have been ready yesterday now they’re saying 3-4 more days if the part fixing the problem. It could be even longer if not. Please be advised and take your vehicle to a more experienced and efficient dealership.

When I purchased vehicle, salesman didn’t tell me about any of the features including that it came with synthetic oil. Did not need an oil change after I drove over an hour to get service because my service soon light came on. Glad I didn’t go there to have it serviced!!!
