Would be nice if a person could scan the inventory before having to write a review on something they can’t view I tried to go into used trucks. As I didn’t have a trade in it kicked me off the site. Looks like I will go to other dealers. Sad

Shady business!
I had a deal with this dealership on 2022 Tundra Platinum. We agreed to the financing terms and I was willing to pay deposit if $5k which would be used towards down payment. I was then informed they had another buyer interested even though I had been dealing with them for 2 days. I guess they had someone walk in that was willing to pay more. I get that car dealerships are in business to make money but I have the mentality that when a deal is agreed upon then you should honor the deal. I purchase a new vehicle on avg of every 8-12 mths so I am not a “novice” when purchasing high end vehicles. Very “bush league” on how I was treated. I definitely will never purchase a vehicle from any Max Haik dealership!
