Bought a certified used corolla car recently, on Saturday. I did not inspect the car too much, because I trusted the dealership. But the next date, I had some lights on, including engine light. The next Monday, I took it to dealership back, lights gone during second visit on dashboard, but it still was on the app. I showed it to dealership, but they said everything is fine. After couple of days, the lights were on again. I took it to service, there were buch of problems with car and some parts need to be replaced. The car was in service for 2 days, changing parts were in different day. They fixed the car, but now I wanted to change the car to new one, not used one, wanted 2025. I do not want to have any issues with a car in future. They said they do not have any in shop now, but they are expecting new one soon, now 2 weeks passed. They keep extending the date, and they want to charge more for new even with lower interest rate. Even though it has the same price. I feel scammed with the car, bad experience with dealership, waste of time. It is my second car, in 2 years. I do not have any issues with first, because it was new. Now I bought used 2024 corolla, first day I had already issues. I should be careful more with this dealership in future. Very disappointing and time consuming.

6/14/2025 Saturday, was waiting for service department to open for over an hour 10 Vehicles waiting on the street to get served. NO TOYOTA service employee on site. Who manageds this faulty service department? Need to get someone more responsible!!!!!!!!

My wife and I had a great car buying experience with Toyota of Laredo on 13 Dec 2024. This was our 4th vehicle purchase there and the process was as smooth as before. We purchased a 2024 Grand Highlander. We would like to personally thank the owner, Zach Powell, for his outstanding leadership and guidance. He even came out and chatted with us for a few minutes.
