It is unbelievable how deceptive your practices are.
It is unbelievable how deceptive your practices are. You changed the oil but did not replace the filter. I have proof and can show it to you, yet you still argue that it was done based on a video I have never seen. Meanwhile, the oil filter in my vehicle is clearly marked and dirty. This is extremely incompetent service.
